**How to Play Scuffed Uno**

To succeed, employ various strategies aimed at emptying your hand before your opponents. The core rule is to match the top card in play by either color or number. If you don’t have a playable card, draw from the deck until you find one. Remember, when you’re down to your last card, click the **UNO** button to avoid penalty cards—otherwise, you must draw two penalty cards!

**Deck Composition**

The Uno deck contains 108 cards, divided as follows:

– **Number Cards (70%)**: Spanning four colors, each with 19 cards, numbered 0 through 9. There is one zero card per color and two copies of each number from 1 to 9 per color.

– **Action and Wild Cards (30%)**: The remaining cards consist of action and wild cards that introduce additional strategic elements.

**Action Cards**

Action cards add complexity and excitement to your game:

– **Skip**: The next player skips their turn.
– **Reverse**: Reverses the game’s playing direction.
– **Draw Two**: The next player draws two cards and forfeits their turn.

Each major action card appears twice per color, enhancing strategic play.

**Wild Cards**

Wild cards allow players to change the game’s color or impose special challenges:

– **Wild**: The player who plays this chooses which color continues.
– **Wild Draw Four**: Declares a specific color and forces the next player to draw four cards.
